Dates and Deadlines

Students must have an offer letter, MOU, and learning objectives by:

  • 25 business days before the semester ends* or the offer letter start date (whichever is earlier) if applying for an internship scholarship.
  • 15 business days before the semester ends* or the offer letter start date (whichever is earlier) if not applying for a scholarship.

*The semester prior to the internship (e.g., spring semester for a summer internship).

Internship Travel Guidelines

  • Departing for an internship: Leave campus the week after the current semester ends.
  • Returning from an internship: Arrive on campus the week before the next semester starts.
  • Outside these timeframes: Requires approval from the program dean.
