Asia-Pacific Career Conference (APCC)

BYU–Hawaii prepares students from across Oceania and the Asian Rim to become leaders in their families, communities, and chosen fields. The Asia-Pacific Career Conference (APCC) advances this mission by providing students with a hands-on opportunity to apply their career preparation skills, engage with industry professionals, and connect with employers who can help shape their future career paths.

As a multi-day conference, APCC bridges the gap between classroom learning and professional experience. Students gain practical exposure to career development through networking, interviews, and conversations with organizations from across the region. As one of the region’s leading career networking events, APCC brings together students, employers, and professionals to create meaningful connections and pathways toward future opportunities.

What to Expect

• International Employers — Meet organizations representing industries aligned with BYU–Hawaii’s academic programs, including business and finance, hospitality and tourism management, education and TESOL, information technology and computer science, biology and environmental science, social work and human services, government and political science, and arts and culture.
  
• Career Fair — Connect directly with employers, universities, and organizations from across Oceania, the Asian Rim, and beyond.
  
• Networking Activities — Participate in structured opportunities to build professional relationships with employers, delegates, and fellow students throughout the conference.
  
• Interview Sessions — Take part in direct interview opportunities with invited employers and explore potential internships, career opportunities, and professional pathways.
