Career Connect for Employers
BYU–Hawaii Career Connect brings your organization face-to-face with talented, mission-driven students from across Oceania, the Asian Rim, and beyond. Whether you are hiring for internships, entry-level roles, or building a long-term talent pipeline, Career Connect helps you find candidates who are prepared to learn, contribute, and lead.
Why Partner with Career Connect
Career Connect gives employers direct access to a student body unlike any other. BYU–Hawaii students come from more than 70 countries and territories across Oceania and the Asian Rim, bringing language skills, cultural fluency, and a global perspective that is hard to find anywhere else. Through the Career-Ready Certification and hands-on preparation, students arrive ready to engage in meaningful conversations about your organization and the opportunities you offer.
Partnering with Career Connect also means partnering with an institution whose mission is to prepare students to lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose, values that carry directly into the workplace.

Why It Matters
Career Connect events happen throughout the year, with some focused on specific regions such as Asia, the Pacific, or the Philippines, and others focused on particular industries or professional fields. This gives employers flexibility to engage with the students, regions, and industries most relevant to their hiring needs.
Because many BYU–Hawaii students plan to return to their home countries after graduation, Career Connect is also a gateway for employers looking to build a presence or pipeline in markets across Oceania and the Asian Rim.
